Businesses and nonprofits are in need of effective management, marketing and event planning services, in order to be successful. Xposure utilizes a vertical integration model to better serve its clients. This model provides convenience and flexibility.

Ian Fletcher
Ian
Ian Fletcher is the Vice President of Education and Talent Alignment for the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce. Ian has more than 20 years experience in service leadership and management with a focus on business engagement and client relations. Ian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunication – Production with a concentration in Sports Management. Ian was a Fellow in Education Attainment for the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives.
At the Chamber, Ian oversees the work of the Alachua County Education Compact a commitment from community leaders to work on a common agenda to solve a complex social problem in education. He manages the Human Capital Foundation a nonprofit arm of the Chamber that supports education programs. With the Talent Alignment and Education Committee Ian works to plan Career Discoveries Day a 3-hour workshop, designed to expose middle/high school students and their parents to emerging career opportunities in the Greater Gainesville region. And with the Dual Career Partner and Relocation Support Network, he established the comprehensive program that offers career, practical and emotional support to the partners of newly hired employees and their families. He recently took over the development of the District One Business Council an economic development entity that works with businesses in District One in Gainesville to form an alliance to support the business needs of the district.
Ian is a graduate of Leadership Gainesville class 32 and a member of Leadership Gainesville Alumni Association (LGAA). He is a past chair of Gainesville-Alachua County Regional Airport Authority, a former member of the Small Business Council, director of East Gainesville Development Corporation and former chair of AMIkids Gainesville. Ian lives in Gainesville, Florida with his wife and daughter

Shareen Baptiste lives to send ripples. She is a nine-year Gainesville inhabitant with nearly six years of Marketing and Communications experience in the non-profit, business and governmental sector with a specific focus on increasing brand visibility, building strategic relationships with the media and serving the business community.
She graduated from the University of Florida with a Master’s of Science in Entrepreneurship and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations with minors in Leadership, Organizational Leadership for Nonprofits and Family, Youth and Community Sciences. She has a proclivity for strategic planning, project management and creative graphic/web design and photography. She also has educational knowledge of grant research and writing.
Previously Shareen served in multiple leadership roles with Alachua County Emerging Leaders. She is a graduate of Leadership Gainesville Class 39, former member of Leadership Gainesville Alumni Association, Florida Public Relations Association and AdFed.
Currently, Shareen spends her time volunteering with Joshua Joel SMA Life – a nonprofit dedicated to advancing Spinal Muscular Atrophy research, as the Director of Public Relations promoting events and programs and increasing brand awareness, monetary support and organizational resources. Shareen is also the President and CoFounder of DREAM on Purpose, an empowerment movement culminating in an interactive showcase and workshop of resources specifically designed for young girls of color.
Her passion involves helping others and volunteering. “The great use of life is to spend it for something that outlasts it,” according to William James; therefore she dedicates her life to helping.

Patrice Fletcher has more that 15 years experience in service leadership and management with a focus on the activities of a retail operation showcasing her customer service, creative, innovative thinking, has the ability to work with professionals staff and managed over a hundred staff.
Patrice earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Parks and Tourism with concentration in Event Management from the University of Florida.
Patrice is also the President and CEO of Joshua Joel SMA Life, Inc. and an Assistant Event Planner at Williams Event & Co. As President and CEO of Joshua Joel SMA Life Inc., Patrice oversees the day-to-day operation of the non-profit and the Give6 video game console Christmas gift away. As the Assistant Event Planner at Williams Event & Co., Patrice provides corporate event management that combines the creative with the professional. Patrice plans organize and manage events, negotiate contracts with vendors.
